3. Estimates and Quotes

All estimates and quotes provided by Divine Roofing and Renovation are:

• Valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated
• Based on the information and site conditions available at the time of assessment
• Subject to change if unforeseen conditions are discovered during the course of work
• Provided free of charge for most standard residential and commercial properties

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms for our services are outlined in each individual contract or service agreement. Generally:

• A deposit may be required before work commences
• Progress payments may be scheduled for larger projects
• Final payment is due upon project completion and customer satisfaction
• We accept payment via check, bank transfer, credit card, and other agreed-upon methods
• Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by Ontario law

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

• You may cancel your service agreement within 48 hours of signing without penalty
• Cancellations after 48 hours but before work commences may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover administrative costs and any materials already ordered
• Once work has commenced, cancellations are handled according to the terms in your specific contract
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14 business days

6. Warranty

Divine Roofing and Renovation stands behind the quality of our work:

• Workmanship is warranted for a period specified in your service contract
• Manufacturer warranties on materials are passed through to the customer
• Warranty claims must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation
• The warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, extreme weather events, improper maintenance, or modifications made by third parties

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Divine Roofing and Renovation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
